As part of the development of the new city of Diamniadio, a new emblematic railway station will be built as one of the attractions of the Diamniadio Urban Pole. The proposed multimodal public transport system within the urban centre and the need for a comprehensive and connected road network justify the project to build the "Pro-Lac Rose" pile bridge over Diamniadio station.  The construction project for the "Pro-Lac Rose" bridge was awarded to ECOTRA SA because of the quality of its equipment fleet, as well as its expertise in the construction of pile bridges.
